The panel supported diary studies, IDIs, usability testing, surveys, and concept testing, giving the client a scalable way to gather ongoing user insights. My role spanned participant management, study design, moderation, analysis, and reporting, delivering actionable recommendations that helped the UXR team accelerate decision-making, refine product strategy, and build deeper user empathy.

The client sought to establish a branded online research panel of 200 platform users to generate ongoing insights over four months. The panel aimed to:
